In addition to dried botanicals such as juniper and coriander, many fresh ingredients were used in this edition and distilled using pot still and column distillation.

“Nuit Sanguine” is characterized by the 26th botanical: the blood orange. Some of the ingredients were distilled using gentle vacuum distillation. Like last year's version, the distiller's cut “Nuit Sanguine” is unique and limited - there are only 982 bottles.

For our first Distiller's Cut Edition “Forêt Rose” from 2018, we have ventured into Brazilian cinus berry and Bulgarian rose. The Brazilian pepper leaves a very aromatic, delicately fiery and sweet note. This taste is combined with the Bulgarian rose, which rounds off the “Forêt Rose” with fresh floral aromas and sour berry aromas with a hint of white pepper. We have bottled our first Distiller's Cut Edition “Forêt Rose” in a total of 957 bottles.

This strictly limited edition seduces with a pleasant freshness on the nose and a round, harmonious palate. Enjoy it neat or as a gin & tonic - perfectly garnished with a sprig of dill and a slice of lemon.
