PRODUCTION

VMRTH Helvetico is made from carefully selected grapes and herbs. Pinot Noir from Zurich for Rosso, Riesling Sylvaner and Blanc de Noir from Ueken for Dry and Bianco – harvested and refined by hand.

HERBS & SPICES

Our herbs – such as wormwood, yarrow, verbena, and lavender – come almost exclusively from the region. Harvested and dried by hand, they provide depth. We select exotic ingredients such as pepper and citrus fruits with sustainability in mind.

Produced entirely from local grapes and raw materials, we guarantee the highest quality standards as well as transparency and sustainability. This is made possible by our close cooperation with local winegrowers and herb farmers.

HELVETICO VERMOUTH

Helvetico Vermouth from VRMTH, a subsidiary of Deux Frères, attaches great importance to Swiss origin, uncompromising quality, and attention to detail, just like Deux Frères. A vermouth made entirely from regional raw materials and local wine, with the grape at its heart. Local herbs complement the wine to create an optimal and unique taste experience. The result is a harmonious wine aperitif that differs from traditional vermouths not only visually but also in its approach. That's why the Bianco has a more floral than spicy note, the Dry is rounder, and the Rosso is made from red rather than white grapes.

Working with Swiss and German winegrowers is essential to us. Not only do we create a sustainable product by keeping the delivery distances for our fruits and herbs as short as possible, but there is more: regional cultivation allows us to maintain a comprehensive overview of the nature and quality of the ingredients we source from our partners.

This creates complete transparency, and we want to pass this transparency on to our customers.
