For the Helvetico Bianco, we chose a white-pressed Pinot Noir from Aargau. It allows the mandarin, pepper, and lavender aromas to unfold freely. Thyme adds to the playfulness of the nose. On the palate, the Bianco is significantly fuller and sweeter than our VRMTH Helvetico Dry.

Good vermouth is like good wine. Store in a cool, dark place if possible.
