It is widely known that most beverage and food brands use the butterfly pea, Clitoria Ternatea, to generate a color-changing effect for their products. The butterfly pea is believed to have originated in Southeast Asia.
INSTEAD, WE USE REGIONAL BOTANICALS.
We came up with something special: We specifically selected regional botanicals and worked intensively with them to create the natural color change of our premium London Dry Gin from a deep purple to a delicate pink. Therefore, we completely avoid using the butterfly pea, and stand out with regionality, uniqueness and a high quality, premium London Dry Gin.
